do not permit long distance calls, you must use your phone
calling card or your cellular phone.

property will be equipped with high speed cable Internet
access shortly. If you are planning your stay, please call
to verify cable will be installed by your arrival date. |
| Check
In/Out times: |
Standard
check-in time is 3:00 p.m. Early check in times are allowed
with prior approval and only when the property has been
cleaned and ready for occupancy. Check out time is 10:00
a.m. There may be an extra charge for late check out and
prior approval is needed. |
| Smoking:

Smoking
is not permitted inside this house. Outside smoking is permitted,
but please do not litter. |
| Departure
Cleaning:
|
We
require minimum departure cleaning from all guests. Dishes
should be cleaned and put away, trash should be taken out.
To assist those who do not wish to do laundry or clean prior
to departure, we offer 3 levels of departure cleaning participation
to be elected by guests as part of the Rental Agreement.
The cleaning fee is dependent on the number of people staying
at the property, and their elected level of departure cleaning
participation. Please call for more information.

We
will supply all towels, linens, pillows, blankets, a fully
equipped kitchen, TV's, VCR's, DVD's, stereo with CD player,
barbecue grill, beach equipment, fishing poles, outdoor
furniture and limited paper products. |
